1. Service Agreement

By using Printer Care Online - USA's printer repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our services include but are not limited to printer diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and parts replacement.

2. Service Limitations

Printer Care Online - USA provides repair services for printers and related equipment. We cannot guarantee:

• Repair of printers damaged by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
• Availability of parts for obsolete or discontinued models
• Compatibility with all third-party components or consumables

3. Pricing and Payments

All service fees are due at the time of service completion unless prior arrangements are made. We reserve the right to:

• Adjust pricing for services and parts without notice
• Require deposit for extensive repairs
• Charge diagnostic fees for services not resulting in repair

4. Warranty

Printer Care Online - USA provides a 90-day warranty on all repairs and replaced parts. This warranty:

• Covers defects in workmanship and parts
• Does not cover subsequent damage from misuse or unrelated issues
• Requires original service documentation for claims

5. Liability

Printer Care Online - USA's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for:

• Data loss resulting from printer malfunctions or repairs
• Consequential damages from printer downtime
• Issues arising from the use of non-genuine parts or consumables

6. Cancellation Policy

Scheduled service appointments may be cancelled without charge with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
